Our Egg-citing Weekend of Easter Minis!

Spring has sprung, and what better way to celebrate than Easter Minis! This past weekend our annual Easter mini photo sessions were in full swing. Over 20 families later, we’ve seen many framilliar faces mixed with just as many new ones. We’ve met strangers that turned into friends and many smiling faces. The joy that our little clients hold when showing up for Easter minis keeps the excitement high. Even though we like to think the little ones are excited to see us, we always end up with some rather… furry friends that steal the show.

Every year we like to include special guests in our Easter minis and this year we had the best guests yet. Our furry friends that were along for the ride this year were our two bunnies Toffee, Snowball, and our flock of chicks. Having our furry friends with us this year made for the cutest photos. I mean what is cuter than your baby and a furry baby? (The answer is nothing.) 

Now, what is that saying? With great power comes great responsibility. That is something that was at the forefront of our minds this weekend with our furry guests. Something that is very important to Brilliant Images is that obtaining our furry guests must be ethical and that they remain safe. We were so lucky this year that one of our company friends was willing to bring along their two pet bunnies for the weekend. Snowball and Toffee seemed to have just as much fun freely hopping around as the kids did seeing them. We were also accompanied by our freshly hatched chicks from another company friend’s hobby farm ( Check out The Square H when you have the chance). Between waddling around and camping out in their enclosure they truly stole the show with their cuteness. 

This year we had a special, brand-new set to choose from. The flower garden set was one that has lived in the corner of my mind since last year, and once I saw the giant flowers, I knew we had to pull it off. The set is an Alice in wonderland inspired set up. With the large spring coloured flowers to the grass beneath your feet, we received so much great feedback on it form our wonderful families. We were so lucky to be joined by all our furry and non furry guests, it was truly awesome! We can’t wait to see all your smiling faces next year!
